We supply oysters to restaurants in Norway and Sweden, and are building a distribution network in Denmark, the Benelux, France, Germany, Hong Kong, China, and other countries in Asia.

Knut Magnus Persson
Founder of Hotate AS and Scalmarin, with broad expertise in shellfish & seafood. The only supplier of several products in Norway. Collaborates closely with the University
